UNISSON
UNISSON breaks down the barriers that keep classical music exclusive and inaccessible, creating a powerful cycle where everyone benefits: emerging artists, vulnerable communities, and society as a whole. Talented young musicians graduate from top conservatories with exceptional skills but face a harsh reality: few professional opportunities and often precarious living conditions. Meanwhile, refugees and marginalised communities remain isolated from cultural experiences that could enrich their lives and aid integration.
UNISSON creates paid performance opportunities for emerging artists while bringing high-quality concerts directly to refugee centres operated by Hospice Général de Genève. We transform music into a universal language that bridges divides, giving artists a dignified stage and fair compensation, while offering refugees meaningful cultural experiences in spaces typically far removed from Geneva's artistic life.
This isn't charity, it's a circular model where excellence meets social justice. Young musicians gain real professional experience and recognition. Vulnerable populations access transformative art. Society benefits from genuine cultural inclusion. UNISSON proves that when beauty is shared with purpose, everyone wins.
